AVAL Luxury Suites

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between AVAL Luxury Suites (“AVAL”, “we”, “us”) and any guest (“you”, “the guest”) in connection with reservations and stays at AVAL All Suite Santorini (Mesaria, Santorini) and AVAL Riviera Lagonisi (Lagonisi, Attica). By making a reservation or staying at any of our properties, you agree to be bound by these terms.

AVAL reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your reservation shall apply to your stay.

2. Reservations

Reservations can be made through our official website, authorised booking channels, or by contacting our properties directly. A reservation is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from AVAL or our booking system.

2.1 Reservation Guarantee

To guarantee your reservation, a valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking. Depending on the selected rate, a pre-authorisation or charge may be applied to your card as stated at the time of booking.

2.2 Group Bookings

Bookings of three or more suites for the same dates are considered group bookings and are subject to separate terms, which will be communicated upon enquiry.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability; additional charges may apply.

Valid photo identification is required at check-in for all registered guests. AVAL reserves the right to request identification at any time during the stay.

4. Rates & Payment

All rates are quoted in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Rates are per suite per night and may vary according to season, availability, and booking channel.

Payment is accepted by major credit and debit cards. Cash payments may be accepted at the property’s discretion. AVAL is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or bank charges incurred.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary depending on the rate type selected at the time of booking. The specific cancellation policy applicable to your reservation will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation.

5.1 Standard Rate

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date are free of charge. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged the equivalent of the first night’s stay.

5.2 Non-Refundable Rate

Non-refundable bookings are charged in full at the time of booking and cannot be modified or cancelled without forfeiture of the total amount paid.

6. House Rules

To ensure the comfort of all guests, AVAL operates a set of house rules that all guests are expected to respect throughout their stay.

7. Liability

AVAL shall not be held liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay. Guests are encouraged to use the in-suite safe for valuables. AVAL accepts no responsibility for services provided by third parties, including but not limited to transfers, tours, and external activities arranged on the guest’s behalf.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AVAL’s total liability arising from or in connection with your stay shall not exceed the total amount paid for the reservation in question.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay at AVAL shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
